On January 1, 2017, all web content will be removed from the healthplus.org website. However, access to the HealthPlus Self Service Portal at healthplus.org will remain open.
Members will continue to have access to their claim information and Personal Health Rx, and providers will continue to have access to eligibility, EOPs, EOBs, and authorizations. This access is specifically for services and claims with dates prior to January 1, 2017.
For HealthPlus members, information through Self Service will be available for 120 days past their plan expiration date. For members with a 12-31-2016 end date, this means they will have access until April 30, 2017. PersonalHealth Rx will be available on the member portal.
For HealthPlus providers, information through Self Service will be available until June 30, 2017.
