There are so many great benefits when you renew your employee coverage with HAP, including:
You will maintain full access to your HealthPlus account until 30 days prior to your contract renewal date. At that time, account access will be changed to read only as we begin transitioning you to the HAP portal. If you need to add or remove employees during that 30-day period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance or fax an enrollment form to (810) 733-1925.
