- You understand that installing this software will allow HealthPlus of Michigan to view your desktop and optionally have virtual control of your mouse and keyboard for remote support purposes.
- You are an authorized user of this computer system and have the authority to allow HealthPlus of Michigan to access this system for remote support purposes.

Remote Support Instructions
- Click on the Show My PC button above.
- You will be prompted with a dialog box similar to the one below asking you to either run or save the application. Simply click on the Run button.
- You may be prompted with a dialog box similar to the one below stating that the software publisher cannot be verified. Simply click the Run button once again.
- The following screen will appear.
- Click on the Show My PC Now and give the 4 digit number shown in the box to the right to your support representative.
