Our provider network is growing!
With HealthPlus, you have access to a large and continually growing network of physicians, specialists and hospitals. Michigan based employees can use either the HealthPlus or Cofinity (formerly PPOM) networks, Ohio uses Emerald Health, Indiana uses Encore Health Network (EHN), Illinois uses Health’s Finest Network (HFN), Wisconsin and UP Michigan use HealthEOS. In Iowa and throughout the remainder of the United States, coverage is provided by First Health. Using a physician, specialist or hospital in one of our partner networks allows you access in-network coverage. Click here to find a participating provider.
