HealthPlus Senior Supplemental Medicare Program

The HealthPlus Senior Supplemental Medicare Program is designed to cover some of the costs not covered by Medicare. Although Medicare pays part of the cost for care provided by hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and doctors, there are gaps in coverage. To obtain these additional benefits, you will need to follow HealthPlus policies and procedures, such as working with your Primary Care Physician to coordinate your medical care.

To be eligible for the HealthPlus Senior Supplemental Medicare Program, you must be enrolled in Parts A and B of the Medicare Program, reside in the HealthPlus service area, and meet any other criteria that may be specified by HealthPlus and, if applicable, your former employer.
