HealthPlus HMO plans are available to residents of Arenac, Bay, Clare, Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb,  Saginaw, Shiawasee, St. Clair, and Tuscola; and to residents in parts of Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Isabella, Midland, Sanilac, and Wayne counties.
